Hi,

Can we create a Multiple Instances on Single Database,If we Can Create Will we Face Any issues with that multiple instance architecture?

You've just described Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) ;)

This enables you to have multiple instances point at a single database. Installing and configuring it is very different to single instance.

My doubt seems silly but i would like to know can we create multiple instances pointing to a single database on single machine?

You mean can you create many RAC instances on one server that use the same database?

As the docs say:

You cannot run more than one instance of the same database on the same node.

So no, this isn't something you should do.
