Oracle Database 9i to Oracle 12c Database Migration

Kindly advise how to migrate a database developed and running on Oracle 9i to Oracle 12c, which is the best tool for the job and what are the requirements.

Kindly list the steps involved.

In your case, you'll need to go from 9 to either 10 or 11, and then from there to 12

Database Migration

I was asking about database migration not database upgrade. I want to migrate full database from 9i to 12c using data pump utility.

Well...that might be a challenge, given that data pump didnt exist in 9i :-)

You'd probably need to use exp/imp
