1)How can i create this table.see below.

RED GREEN YELLOW
AAA 1 2 3
BBB 4 5 6
CCC 7 8 9

2)How can in write a query for my proc was last executed?(Not only proc..even all like last exec trigger...fun...packgs...cursors.

RED GREEN YELLOW <=== are these columns ? or data ?

AAA 1 2 3 <=== 4 items of data here, but 3 items/columns above ?
BBB 4 5 6
CCC 7 8 9

So we dont know what you are asking here. You need to help us out with some background as to what you are trying to do.


2) We dont track that explicitly, but you could sample V$SQL.LAST_ACTIVE_TIME periodically to get an approximation.
