I've mistakenly deleted some data from a table. The undo_retention value given is 900, i.e 15 mins by default. In no way I can get those data by using flashback queries? Do I really need an expert DBA help for getting back those datas from recycle bin or archive log, those which I don't have any proper understanding?
If by any chance the answer is NO, can use please suggest me steps to do it myself?
It would be really really kind of you to help me in this regard.

The undo_retention is a guide, so you *might* be able to query further back, but its unlikely.

Which means you will need to restore the data from a backup.

This is done with tablespace point in time recovery

See http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B19306_01/backup.102/b14191/rcmtspit.htm

Basically you're restoring just the relevant tablespace into a *new* database, and then extracting the table data you need from that.
