Dear Tom,

I would like to know if you are to hire a senior PSQL(Oracle) developer what kind of interview questions you will ask him to be sure he is for the job ?

I don't really have a 'list', interviews are pretty free wheeling things for me, I see where they go.

A lot of an interview is "how smart do I think this person is, are they full of themselves, do we interact well, am I having a good time conversing with them"

Because - if they are smart, and have experience, we can teach them PLSQL easily.

If they are not, but claim to know PLSQL and could even answer lots of questions about it - we'll never be able to teach them to be a good developer.
