========= Dump for incident 2526042 (ORA 7445 [qcdlgcd]) ========
[TOC00003]
----- Beginning of Customized Incident Dump(s) -----
Exception [type: ACCESS_VIOLATION, UNABLE_TO_READ] [ADDR:0x4] [PC:0x7FF87F3C490B, qcdlgcd()+75]

The database prompts a socket error, and the above error was traced through trace. I don't know how to solve it

Any ORA-600 or ORA-7445 is basically a bug in the sense that somewhere inside our kernal, a library call crashed.

It is likely an incident trace been created. Use ADRCI to package that up and make a call to Oracle Support.
