This was last updated Decemeber 27'th, 1999.  Yes, this cartridge is and always has been Y2K safe.  It uses a date in exactly one place, to log errors and that has always used a YYYY format.

Everyone should download the source! Beware -- some browsers will change the name from owarepl.tar.Z (2 dots -- three parts to the name) to owarepl_tar.Z.  This will hopelessly confuse winzip.  If your browser does that please save the file to disk and rename it to owarepl.tar.Z.  All will be well after that.
If using UNIX you will need zcat and tar (standard on all unix platforms), if using NT you will need this version of WinZip (version 6.0 or above will work if you already have it) to uncompress and untar.
